RESERVATION METHOD & CUTOFF DATE:

The offered rates will be available on SECRETS WEBSITE using an assigned code (HELTOWED). All room categories are subject to availability at the moment of attempting reservation, an early reservation is highly suggested to ensure availability

Cutoff Date: There will not be a cutoff date, these rates will be available up to the arrival date, subject to availability at the moment of booking. No room block is on hold for all reservations subject to availability.

Note: Resort does not match room rates vs other third-party offers as they may include air or other services as a package.

For each reservation made online, the system will require: DEPOSIT DUE: 2-night deposit at the time of booking FINAL PAYMENT DUE: 14 days before arrival date, automatically charged to the credit card on a booking. NO SHOW FEES: reservations that are a no show under 2-night penalty, non- refundable.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION FEES:

For each individual reservation:

- From time of booking until 4 days prior to arrival date: Fees of $50 USD will apply

- 3 Days from arrival date: Penalty of 2-night stay

- Reservation modification: Modifications made w/in 14 days of arrival date will be charged a fee of $50 USD except when lengthening stay.
